Options include around Cavanaugh Lake (+10 mi) or trail north from Chelsea to North Territorial Road (+ 10 mi.) or loop to Waterloo and back on Rt. 52 or trail to Chelsea (+18). We will ride a paved route on mostly bike lanes or B2B path on the Northside of town. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/51713502 A tail light and some sort of rear view mirror is always a good idea. Helmets are mandatory. Please be sure your bike is in good working order and bring supplies to fix a flat or do small repairs on the road if necessary. Approximate pace is 11-14 mph, but slower or faster riders are welcome and we will regroup at various points. Please RSVP if you are coming. Text 248-804-9775 if you will be late or need to cancel last minute so we don‘t leave anyone behind! We will meet at 5:45 and roll out at 6 pm sharp! This is a ride geared toward women, but men are welcome to attend. Non AABTS members are always welcome but will be asked to sign a waiver.

Pack a lunch or stop in Dexter for coffee or Breakfast. C, B, and A riders welcome. Distances up to riders, most common is Delhi Metro Park to Dexter Metro Park to Hudson Mills Metro Park with 2-loops for 28 miles. Others may start in Dexter and join the main group about 30 minutes after Delhi Metro Park start time. This option shortens the 2-loop ride to 18 miles. Note there is a $10 daily fee or annual pass required for cars to enter the metro parks. Join Active Against ALS on September 14, 2025 for our 14th Annual Rivalry Bike Ride between Spartan Stadium in East Lansing and the Big House in Ann Arbor. We will transport riders and their bicycles from Ann Arbor to East Lansing to ride a metric century back to Michigan Stadium. A HALF STADIUM ride is also available.
